A Legacy of Craftsmanship
Arbor Home Building Corp was founded in 2003 with a simple mission: build homes with more character, more intention, and a closer fit to the families who live in them.
Arbor's work has long been shaped by the early American bungalow and craftsman traditions. Those homes had something many newer houses still miss: warmth, proportion, permanence, and a feeling that the house truly belonged where it was built.
Sam brings decades of construction experience to every project. After moving to the United States in 1978, he helped build landmark high-rise buildings in downtown Indianapolis, including Market Tower, before focusing on residential construction in the Fort Wayne area. Arbor grew as a family company, and that personal approach still shapes how clients are treated today.
Today, Arbor is still hands-on and design-minded. The goal is not to chase every trend. It is to interpret what clients want, bring good judgment to the process, and build harmony between the home, the land, and the way the family will actually live there.
