Originating from passion and fascination of American Architecture and culture, Arbor's designs capture the essence of a much revered period in time; the alluring, family-oriented Bungalow styles of the early 20th Century.Since moving to this country in 1978, Sam Etemadi has helped to build many of the landmark high-rise buildings, such as Market Tower, in downtown Indianapolis as well as several projects in the Fort Wayne area. Combining that experience and his wife, Annette’s educational background and talents in interior design, Arbor Homes Corporation was formed in 2003.
